Jak is the founder of Daniel Francis Collective and has over 18 years experience in the hair industry and working in award winning salon and spa environments both nationally and internationally.
Throughout his career he has been involved in education, training, events and management. Jak’s ethos for Daniel Francis is to develop a culture of good education and expertise, whilst ensuring that the team deliver superior services with excellent customer service and a personal touch.

Marley is a Creative Director, with over 12 years experience, he is one of the top colour experts in the industry and is known for his creativity, specialising in colour transformations, lived in Blondes, Balayage and vivid colours.

Emily is our Artistic Cutting and Styling Specialist, working for over 11 years in the industry and has valuable experience working on stage and training with top brands like La Biosthetique. Passionate about the hair industry and skilled in seasonal on-trend looks, precision cutting and an expert at bespoke wedding and occasion Hair.

Becky is one of our most experienced Senior Stylist’s. With over 16 years experience in the hair industry, we consider her to be a specialist in all things ‘hair’. She will deliver inspiring advice on cutting, styling and colouring.

Lee is one of our talented Senior Stylists. After training and working in a superior London salon, Lee took a break, but came to Daniel Francis in 2020 to re-ignite his passion to get back into a salon environment after completing his Higher Level 3. Lee is a specialist in Colour and Keratin Smoothing treatments.

Lisa is an Expert Beauty Therapist and has joined us with over 18 years experience and knowledge in the Beauty Industry. She has worked in top Beauty Salons both nationally and internationally and is an expert in Skin Care. Lisa is a leading specialist in Reflexology, Massage and Facial Treatments including – Hydro Facials, Microdermabrasion and Skin Peels.

Ellie is an exceptional Beauty Therapist and is passionate about all things Beauty. She is highly skilled in Nails, BIAB, Nail Art, Brow Lamination and HD Brow Treatments.
